・If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us via email within 7 days. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items reported after 7 days.
・If we deliver an incorrect item or the item is damaged, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
・We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
