Return Period

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you have received an incorrect item or if the product is damaged upon arrival.
In such cases, we will arrange an exchange for the same item in good condition.
If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund for the paid amount will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference.
However, if the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, the return shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by us.
