Order and order confirmation

・Your order is not finalized when you place it in our online shop.
After receiving the order, we will calculate the order total and shipping fee, then send an order confirmation via email. Please be sure to check this. Once you approve the order confirmation, a payment link will appear. Your order is finalized only after you complete the payment.
・Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 7 days.

Shipping

・Shipments are made via EMS or another delivery service (this cannot be selected).
・Please note that insurance is included in the shipping cost (for EMS).
・Customs clearance fees or duties incurred upon receiving the goods are the customer's responsibility.
・If you refuse to pay customs duties and the goods are returned to Japan, shipping fees will not be refunded.
・If the package is returned to Japan due to the absence, incorrect address, or any other reason, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee. If you do not wish to have your order redelivered, we will not refund the original shipping fee.
