Invoice
If you require a receipt, please write “Receipt Requested” in the remarks/message field during checkout.
Kindly include the name to be shown on the receipt and the purpose/description you would like us to state.

Our inventory is shared between our physical stores and the online shop.
Please note that in-store sales are prioritized, and even if an item appears to be in stock online, it may occasionally be unavailable.
We appreciate your understanding.
Out-of-Stock Items
Some items may still be available at our directly operated stores.
Please feel free to contact us for availability.
If You Have Not Received Our Emails
We normally send both an Order Confirmation Email and an Order Processing Email from no-return@shop.syuro.co.jp by the next business day after your order is placed.
If you have not received these emails, they may have been filtered as spam or the email address may have been entered incorrectly.
